Chrysanth software's Chrysanth Mail Manager is a client-side anti-spam application for windows. It supports POP and IMAP and helps you weed spam from your ISP mail account before downloading it.

As of version 2.0 it has built-in support for hashcash. It's pretty transparent, so the only evidence (other than mails with hashcash being safe from false positive) is in the new features list
