Navigate the menu on the left to select the windows package you wish to use. There is a console application and a front-end GUI and a deprecated integrated GUI. For windows there is now also a HASHCASH.DLL for developers. (Look for hashcash-x.xx-dll.zip in the download link).

The panta GUI is a front-end that calls the hashcash.exe win32 command line hashcash tool. (The console tool hashcash.exe is included in the panta download, but because it is a front-end you can upgrade to a newer version of hashcashGUI by copying in a more recent hashcash.exe into the install directory.) (deprecated) The quicksilver HashcashForWindows GUI is deprecated for now as it only supports version 0 hashcash which is deprecated. The quicksilver GUI author has expressed interest in upgrading support to version 1, but this is waiting until I (or someone else) makes a DLL version of hashcash for windows.
